Over the many years I have owned it, the fuel oil consumption averages less than two (275 gallon) tankfuls per year. The house also features a recently replaced central air conditioning unit and the cooling bills are similarly low. There is additional storage space in the attic, accessible through a fold down staircase in the kitchen. Floor joists in the attic are constructed of lumber adequate to support a second story, which means an extension could be added to the house with relative ease. If you have no desire to do that, you will be pleased to know that the roof and upper siding were replaced just a few years ago. Overall, this a nice little house with room to grow, on a good sized parcel of land. The Mt.
