Beautiful Victorian home built in 1891.  Hard wood floors on the main floor. $7,000.cast iron pellet stove saves on gas bill when used and resembles a natural fire place. There are several stained glass windows and wooden pocket doors. Ceilings in the dinning room are done in original  style, which is Barberry Victorian. It is close to a lake, snowmobile trail, and a ski resort. Extra large basement and attic. It could be made into a small apartment for extra income. I'm getting too old to live here in such a large home; make me an offer. I've put over $50,000 into this house since I've been here for the last 10 years. These are only a few of the many changes I've made: built a 2 car garage, had an extra large pellet stove installed , re-did several rooms by painting them and carpeting them, resurfaced my kitchen hard wood floor at $1,000. etc. Taxes are about $3,000 per year. Boiler is fairly new and I've had some improvements done lately to lower heating costs. Using pellet stove lowers the cost a lot. per month. I'm selling it as is, because I'm too old to do more. It would be a perfect home for a history buff, a person who loves winter sports, or a large family.

It's a wonderful old home, full of character.
