Devils Lake Lodge is our personal Cape Cod style log vacation home. We built the home to so all primary features are on the main floor but the home is great for guests with 2 bedrooms and a full bath both upstairs and downstairs. Custom decorated to every detail. All 5 bedrooms the basement great room and the 3rd floor loft are carpeted. Three of the bathrooms have heated tile floors. The main floor kitchen/living/dinning combo great room with vaulted ceiling has solid Hickory hardwood floors. The kitchen has Hickory cabinets with a Corian counter top. There is laundry set up off the kitchen and in the basement. Stove, refrigerator,dishwasher, disposal, microwave and washer/dryer were new in 2005. There are 2 LP gas fireplaces one in the great room and one in the basement family room. Furnace is forced air. All the rooms are cable ready. We have our own well with great tasting water and are connected to city sewer. Our home has been a great location for family reunions with guests from around the world. The homes location offers great nights sleep with cool breezes coming in the windows off the hills behind the house, or if you prefer enjoy the central air. We have Wifi and satellite TV. The master suite on the main floor has a private bath with a jetted tub. Walk out the master bedroom onto a sun porch or if you prefer use the screen porch off the dinning room and there is a full covered porch on the front of the home. The detached garage has an opener with extra storage also. Driveway is concrete. The yard was professionally landscaped. Taxes for 2011 were $5156.00. Conveniently located near the entrance to the most diversified and unique state park in Wis. There is something for everyone to do. Nature abounds at every corner from old growth forests and stunning rock outcrops to beautiful clear water with rock reflections at every glance. We are within walking distance to hiking trails, rock climbing, swimming, mini-golf and 2 great restaurants. There are 3 ski hills within 18mi. Wis. Dells is only 17 mi away.
