This home is like new again.  We've just had new carpet installed, new tile laid in the kitchen and both restrooms and have re-painted all the walls and ceilings.  There is also a brand new, high-efficiency, variable speed, 2-phase furnace.  We had central air installed a few years ago and now with the new furnace the house cools even more quickly and efficiently.

We had a patio built on the back of the house two years ago which provides lots of room for BBQ's with family and friends.  The Quakies provide great shade through the summer.

The kitchen is well lit and there is a GREAT view of the majestic Wasatch Mountains from the window above the kitchen sink and sliding glass doors.

Our back fence is shared with the elementary school so the view is un-obscured and it makes for quiet evenings and a safe, short walk to school for the kids.

We have an automated sprinkler system, trash compactor, vaulted ceilings in the front room and kitchen, chair-rails in the front room and brand new brushed-nickle hardware on all the doors and closets.  The front room and master bed room have bay windows.  There is also an automatic garage door opener with two remotes.
