State highway 503 is approximately one and a half miles from the property site. Highway 503 is a four-lane highway that runs north and south. To the north, just a few miles is Battle Ground WA, which is a growing small town, with all the major services (medical, dental, retirement, restaurants, fire, police, city hall, 3 major grocery stores, and other shopping. Highway 503 to the south connects to the 205 freeway, which crosses over the Columbia River and takes you to Oregon. For free access it show how I5 divides with the right leg becoming 205 and how 503 connects to 205 and continues south to the Glen Jackson Bridge over the Columbia River. Also how the left leg of I5 continues to the south crossing the Columbia river over the Interstate Bridge. Picture #3) Show the shape of the property. This picture was taken before my son and his family moved on to the property, Salmon Creek is the southern property line. Map all so show the elevation contours. You can sort of see the walking path all the way around the pasture. The property to south of the creek is very steep with heavy timber and the county has 200 foot set back from the creek regulation, that you cant cut trees etc. For 200 feet from the creek. My son and his family have horses and the big barn is on the far right piece of the property.
