The entire floor is concrete. It has a living quarters, 4 hemlock wood stalls with rubber mats and drains, wash pit, laundry room, bathroom and a 2500 sq ft work shop area. There is over a mile of white vinyl fence separating the property into 2 separate pastures, and a creek flowing through the back corner of the land. ( THE VIEW OF THE SUNSET IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD ) The property is on the second highest elevation in the county and has a view of three mountain ranges in the distance. We have recently added a shelter in the second pasture for the horses. With a school system that has an excellent reputation, the area is prime for growth and the value is expected to climb rapidly.
