The house comes with new (less than one year old) appliances: side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, and garbage disposal. This house also has a small (approx 8'x10) laundry room. The home has cental heat and air, however I am unsure how well it works or if it works at all, as I have not tested it thoroughly. The home has no significant issues that I know of, but it being sold "as is" due to the fact that I have never personally lived there.
