Ceiling fans by Casablanca, as well as recessed ceiling speakers are provided in the Bedrooms and the Family Room.  The home is extensively wired for secure Internet access with wired wall plates in virtually every room.  A structured wiring center is rack mounted and neatly located in a wall cabinet within the Laundry Room.  It houses the modem, router, patch panel, switch and dedicated power outlet for the system.  All equipment conveys—it supports either Cable or DSL service.
