2 acre lot (home site) with lots of potential

2 acre site with a semi view in Fairaces. There is an existing double wide (title is deactivated) that could either be fixed up and remodled, or removed and have a house built instead. There is a below ground pool (around 12,000 - 15,000 gal) that needs a new pump and filter. I've been told that horses are allowed. The county still has the two areas broken out as two (1) acre lots. So each acre could be fixed up and have a two homesite. Why pay more for less land in Picacho HIlls, when you can have more land.

The map location is off.  The land is east of La Quinta on the north side of quesenberry ln
