Beautiful home on 10 acres

This house is situated conveniently just 30 minutes south of Portland off the I5 corridor. It is located on a 10 acre farm complete w 3 outbuildings, and extensive fencing. The house itself is a custom built home, with many very nice features including granite kitchen, hardwood floors, great room w 2 story windows viewing the entire Cascade range to the East, a jetted tub in the large master bathroom, and a huge walk in closet in the master bedroom. It is very comfortable true country living, but close enough to afford the opportunity of all the cultural amenities that Portland has to offer. 

We have planted a small orchard including pears, apples, plum, cherry, almond, figs and currants, as well as a lively garden w raised beds that we harvest nearly year round. Numerous landscaping plantings have been slowly added over the past couple years, as well as both yard and pasture cross fencing. There is a great old 2 story barn w tremendous character and potential, a large shop w 3 open covered parking bays next to it, and an older animal barn that isn't very fancy but is functional. We haven't sprayed the fields in 5 years, thus would likely qualify for Organic Certification.
