In 1949,the Mill ceased operations. Miller's House: Across the creek, and not visible from the porch of the main house while trees are in bloom, sits the 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, house historically occupied by the miller. This 10-room house, currently rented, is air-conditioned. The country kitchen has wood flooring, dishwasher, etc. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The home sits adjacent to a private road, called Mill Road.

The Log Barn: This huge, historic barn once held hogs and other farm animals. The barn with electricity and recently renovated, houses a tractor and other equipment. Stalls could easily be built to house animals again.

The Carriage House: Originally a 4-car garage servicing the main house, one half has been converted to a heated office with satellite TV connection, leaving room for two cars and a storage loft.
