Neighborhood: We chose this house originally because of the great quiet neighborhood. The walking trails in this subdivision are great. Neighbors are all friendly and kind. Garage: We also chose this because we couldn't find too many houses with 2 car garages in this price range. The garage faces south, so icy driveways are tremendously minimized in the winter. Kitchen: $15,000 in upgrades We added more cabinets and an island, which gives wonderful storage space. The floors are tiled all the way into the laundry room and the countertops are granite tile. Appliances are all stainless and high end multi-featured products. The oven is convection with timers, auto shut off etc. The Bosch dishwasher is unbelievably quiet! Master Bath: $5,000 in upgrades We completely re-did the master bathroom with a full tile shower. The shower is also completely tile, which gives it a real luxurious feel. Doors: $4,000 in upgrades All interior doors were upgraded to 6 panel raised doors to give a more elegant feel. Door knobs are modern stainless handle styles.
