Just 90 miles north of Green Bay.  Located between Crandon and Wabeno.

100 feet of frontage on Little Long Lake, a 100+ acre full recreational lake in Forest County.  Boat, jet-ski, water-ski, or go fishing for a variety of fish including walleye, bluegill, bass, crappie, perch, and northern.  Crystal clear water and no invasive species or weed problems.

Cottage has easy access to the Forest County ATV route that connects to WI and MI ATV trails. Easy snowmobile trail access as well.

Hunt, bike, or hike in the big woods of the Nicolet National Forest which is right out the front door.  Cottage is surrounded by thousands of acres of National Forest land.  It's like having thousands of acres of your own personal forest to hunt or explore.

The cottage is built for year round use with a LP gas forced air furnace, drilled well, and septic tank. Completely remodeled in past five years and includes living room, dinette, two bedrooms, full bath, and a galley kitchen. Fully furnished including all appliances. Sleeps 4 in each bedroom plus a pull-out couch in the living room. 

There are beautiful views from the patio door and deck with southern exposure. Large dock with composite decking and aluminum swim ladder.

We've owned the property since 2002 and really enjoy using it.  We now have other priorities that prevent us from using it very often, so we would like to sell and pursue other interests.
