Last summer I was on tract to complete rehab and offer one of the two units for rental .. probably to section 8 to ensure steady income. Contractor got ill and could not complete. Also, I ordered carpet on line and had it delivered to same contractor. His installation was a disaster maybe because of the quality of the carpet itself. Whatever the case, it was not completed.

Painting had been done, used but good appliances had been bought, are now in storage, and will be thrown in to sweeten the deal. And at least one of the unit was supposed to be ready for occupancy. After work stalled and the contractor was no longer available, it was invaded. It has since been secured by the City of Dayton.

It should not need a whole lot of work at this point. I have put all the time and effort I want to into this rehab, and additionally, my friend who acted as my agent in Dayton has moved away. I no longer have the funds or desire or help to see this through to completion. I therefore want to sell and would like to do so asap. I need the funds for projects closer to home.

This is an old style two story wood frame duplex with central heating, full basements, separated back yards, two front porches, and vinyl siding. Feel free to contact me.

PS: I have not included photos of the entire building because they were inadvertently eraised before this listing was published. Also I am out of town and cannot easily get replacements. However, as soon as I can make the trip, I will get and publish them here.
