This custom home was built in 2006 and is full of great character!  This home has only had one owner, which means it has been well taken care of.  It is a split floor plan with the master bedroom and bath separate from the other 2 bedrooms and bath.

The master bathroom boasts a tiled walk-in shower and a garden tub.  The master bathroom has custom dark-stained maple wood cabinetry with antique bronze hardware AND there is even a spot for a tv in the master bathroom!  The master bathroom floor, walk-in shower and tub suround tile is a beautiful cream that is made to look like marble.  The master bathroom has two sinks and plenty of storage space! 

The guest bathroom has light maple cabinets with great storage and brushed nickle hardware. 

The room directly off the master could be a sitting room, workout room, extra closet, nursery, office or whatever you could want.  This room is currently used as the home office.  This extra room has 2 french doors that lead out to the large backyard.  The french doors not only allow natural light to flow through, they also give you another way to get to the backyard. 

The large walk-in laundry room has an upper storage cabinet that matches the kitchen cabinets.  There is enough room in the laundry to hang wet clothes and/or have an ironing board attached to the wall.  You will definitely appreciate having this large of a laundry room!  

There is a rustic wood laminate flooring in the dining room, hallways, foyer, and living room.  The 3 bedrooms, extra room and closets are carpeted with frise carpet.  The kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, and 2 full bathrooms are tiled. 

When we built this house, we made sure not to waste any square footage.  You will notice ample closet storage throughout the house. 

There is a back patio that is great for hanging out and grilling.  There is also a wooden arbor in the center of the back flower bed which adds a nice touch.  You could hang a swing from this arbor or just allow plants to grow around it.   The back yard is enclosed with a white vinyl fence on 3 sides.  In 2011, trees and landscaping were added to the backyard to add more warmth and depth.  There are easy maintenance vinyl soffits on the exterior and it has concrete siding, which is also low maintenance. 

This home is only a few minutes from Walmart, about 10-15 minutes from the Mall, and close to Moody AFB.    It's a great house for a family or a single person.

We are constantly remodeling and adding new touches which add great value to this home, however, we are still willing to negotiate on the price.  The neighborhood is safe and quiet.  This home has many upgrades and is truly a beauty.  The pictures do not do this home justice, you really must see it in person!  Thanks for looking and we look forward to hearing from you!
