This house is only 3 years old and has great character!

There are decorative moldings throughout and a custom fireplace mantle. The ceiling in the dining room, living room and foyer are 10' where the rest of the house is at 8'.  The master bedroom, however does have a tray ceiling that brings it to 9' in the center. 

The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other which creates great flow. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.  The master is large with a connected bath and walk-in closet.
