It has been said that it is the second cleanest lake in the country. It is breathtaking!  You will be close to Mountain City, TN. (20 min.) Johnson City, TN (45 min.) and Boone, NC.(45 min.). This is country living at it's best. Home appraised 5 yrs. ago at $144,000. Too much house and property for me. Look at properties in the area and you will see that this one is bargain priced. A lovely home and property but I am anxious to sell.
