This spectacular 116 acre Ranch is located just outside Harrison, Arkansas. //>> The Ranch (LOST SPUR) is in a peaceful valley with a creek that provides swimming, fishing, canoeing or just a place to enjoy and cool off. //>>  The LOST SPUR is one of a kind in North West Arkansas. Harrison is located just 30 miles south of Branson, Mo. in the heart of the Ozark Mountains and is surrounded by several, clear clean, lakes and rivers. Harrison has been recognized as one of the best small towns in America. //>>  Harrison has excellent: Medical facilities and services (including VA) -- Entertainment -- Restaurants -- State Parks -- Fishing -- Water sports -- Hunting -- Golf -- Super Wal-Mart -- Mild Climate -- Low taxes -- A historical town square and antique shops. //>> The facilities at the Ranch have been growing over the last 17 years. It has been our home, raised our children, hosted many social and church outings and our creek, Crooked Creek, has been the official location for our church baptisms. As you drive thru the entrance, the peace of the ranch is very noticeable. //>> On your left is the original ranch house, which now serves as a bunk house. The hand painted mural was my wife, Lyns, handy work. Next you arrive at the main ranch house (2900 sq ft cedar / log). The ranch house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 12 x 54 ft covered rear porch, great room, large family room and a covered drive-thru front entry with circle drive. //>> A short distance away from the main ranch house (300 feet) we have built an activity building (1900 sq ft). There is the fellowship hall, with seating for 36, a game room and a restaurant style kitchen. The fellowship hall has a PA system, fireplace and a hot food bar. Lots of fun stuff has happened in this building! //>> About 200 feet from the fellowship hall is an outdoor cook-out and picnic area on the bank of the creek. The creek, Crooked Creek, runs thru the ranch property with a 260 ft bluff on one bank. There are ropes to swing into the water, swimming, canoeing or just playing in the water along the bank. A good place to cool off in the warm weather or catch a fish for dinner. //>> Off to the left, another 150 feet, you will find a, tree house, kids play area. Over the years, we have built 4 AC/Heated cabins for our family and friends to use: Cabin #1 A 12x32 ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with a 6x32 ft covered porch. Cabin #2 A 12x32 ft, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with an 8x12 ft covered porch. Cabin #3 A 12x38 ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with a 6x38 ft covered porch. Cabin #4 A 12x32 ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with an 8x12 ft covered porch and features a fireplace, full kitchen and whirlpool tub. There is also a laundry building next to the cabins. //>>As you can see the LOST SPUR has been very popular with our family and friends. There is lots of room for picnics, water sports, hiking, horse back riding, four wheeling, volley and soft ball, or even raising cows. We even throw in 3 or 4 hayrides a year.
