Our condo sits at the end of the Port Ludlow bay on the Straits of Juan DeFuca at the gateway of the majestic Olympic Peninsula.
It's a 2 bedroom 1 3/4 bath one level condo in the very quiet Port Ludlow area. It has a 1 car garage, new tile floors in the entry, kitchen, laundry room, hall and hall bathroom. Enjoy the wildlife in the area. From our living room window, we've watched Bob cats walk across our back yard, as well as coyotes. We often watch the family of otters that come to the bay as well as the raccoons that love to feed on the clams and oysters at low tide. Bear and cougar have been spotted on a mountain loop trail just half a mile from our place. Water fowl are abundent in the fall and winter. The Osprey comes over often to feed on the fish in the bay. Then there is always our visiting seal we see several times a month. I have pictures of most of the wild life mentioned here. They can be sent on request.
This unit can be used as a getaway or your primary residence. It is currently our primary residence. The floor plan is open and comfortable.
