Very well maintained home in a nice rural setting. Great home w/ great neighbors! Master bedroom on main floor. 2 upstairs bedrooms with hip walls. Nice mud room and laundry room. Very nice deck off kitchen, with sliding glass doors. Nice landscaping. New 30 year shingles put on July 2011. Newa carpet Nov. 2011. Nice pole barn with room for lawnmower and small tractor, etc. 40x65 foot purpose built basketball court with 2 adjustable height rims. Great to play on, or the perfect base for a future pole barn. 5 minutes from Fowler, 15 minutes to Ionia and St.Johns, 30 minutes to Lansing, and 1 hour to Grand Rapids. Just put crushed asphalt on the driveway, makes a very nice drive. House is very cozy, with very good insulation. I used a corn stove as the primary heat source for the past 5 years, and kept the house at 70 + degrees for under $500/year! Also has very low electricity bills, usually $85/month. Septic was cleaned out 2 years ago. Everything in very good shape! Excellent home, but our expanding family is looking to build a new house. Need to sell this home to a great buyer first!
