     The possibilities are endless with this well-built custom home.  Our home was designed by us, and expertly crafted by our builder-Rick Pratt.  There is nothing else like it. Good taste, simple design. No skimping on materials, all quality products were selected.  We took no short-cuts.

   Paddle fans in all rooms, even back porch and garage paddle fan.

Garage has mop basin for feet and dog washing.  Can even wash the car with warm water.  Porch has recessed lighting, as well as motion sensor lights.  Porch was framed for and has porch swing.  Four electric outlet boxes, three frost-proof faucets.

   Bonus room is framed, wired and plumbed. Has shower fixture, and large palladium window to the east.   It would make a great studio with the two skylights up there.  Or a separate apartment.

    There are 5 other skylights, one in MBath is operational with remote.
