Bought the home 3 years ago for $173,500. We've put about $15-20K back into it (new roof, paint, carpet, landscaping, ect..) Current payoff is about $173K. We are willing to take a loss and pay the difference, due to a forced employment relocation. At the low price of $155,000 we ask that buyer pay all closing costs.
This was our "project home" and over the last year we have poured allot of time, sweat and money into renovated the inside and out.
