Energy Efficient Home. Utilities are remarkably low!!

I am selling this almost 5 year old Energy Efficient Home. It is an Energy Star rated home.  All of the windows are argon gas filled and double pained.   I am the first owner.  It has tiled floors in the Kitchen, dining , laundry and both bathrooms.  All ceilings are vaulted except the 3rd bedroom.   Ceiling fans are located in all the rooms except the dining room.  The back yard is 100 ft/100ft.  One side of the back yard is fenced and the other is started but will be finished by the time of closing.  I live here by myself and my utility(electric,water,garbage) payments are between $48.00 and $85.00 a month depending on the time of year.  I keep the thermostat at 73.  I do have a scheduled timer on the Thermostat now though.  I also have a timer on the water heater.  If you want to see how the house is built, you can go to this website and see... Thesips.net.  The site will tell you all about the construction and pictures of my house being built.  Just click on the tabs until Gillum house comes up.  The garage is insulated with alot of storage in the attic above.  The neighborhood is quite with great neighbors.  The elementary school is only one minute away on Brandon Stand Rd.  The Backyard backs up to property that is not developed with big oak trees.  Lots of shade in the summer.
