We will miss our home.  We have been happy in it for eight years.  We have outgrown its Four bedrooms and three baths, so we must move.  If you like to be cozy inside while you admire autumn woods through wide windows, you may want to buy our house.  It is protected from the street with a shady yard in the summer, and it has a clear view of beautiful mountain sunsets.  The neighborhood is quiet enough to hear frogs in spring, but it has city utilities and conveniences.  It sits nestled in the beautiful West Virginia hills on two lots consisting of 1.2 acres five minutes from Cumberland, MD.  We hope that your family will enjoy exploring the surrounding wooded lots as much as our kids have. Our home has a spectacular view of the mountains and of the valley below. The top floor has a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a connected bathroom. After a good night sleep, you can walk into the open kitchen and dining room area which has sufficient room in the Golden Oak cabinets to house all of the groceries needed to provide for your family. After you make your morning cup of coffee, you can step out on the deck to enjoy watching the morning sun illuminate the distant mountain as it rises behind you. After your coffee, step back into the warm and inviting living room to watch the morning news. You will enjoy seeing the sun continue to rise from behind two Anderson Double pane windows. As the rest of the family emerges from one of their three bedrooms, they will enter the privacy of their own spacious bathroom where they can retrieve their own bath towels from the linen closet. Once the entire family is awake and together in the dining room, you will enjoy a regulated temperature provided by the Central Air Conditioner and the Electric forced air heat. The double layer of R19 insulation in the attic and the R19 in the walls will help save you money on heating and cooling. The basement includes a 13' x 6' stairway closet storage area for extra groceries and supplies. You will also appreciate the 23' x 12' recreation room where the kids can play on those hot or cold West Virginia days. The bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower will keep them downstairs for hours. The additional 12' x 9' bedroom downstairs will make an excellent sewing room or hobby room until your teenager wants a bedroom downstairs. The included two car garage also provides an escape from the occasional rain showers and blankets of snow. A push of the Genie remote control opens one of the 9'  wide white double-sided insulated doors. The bays are large enough to accommodate the family SUV and a four door sedan. The build-in work bench also provides plenty of room to store tools and enough surface area to work on home projects. On most days, you will enjoy accessing your home from the top level. The covered porch provides protection from the sun and the rain once you make a quick trip from your car to the three steps leading to the 24' x 12' treated lumber porch. If you have family members or guests with special needs, you will appreciate the concealed yet very functional ramp leading to the porch as well. For all of those extra items, the sturdy 20' x 12' matching storage building with built in shelves will provide ample space. Also, the 16' x 8' enclosed area under the deck is the perfect place to store yard equipment or camping gear for those weekend getaways to the Wilds of West Virginia.
