Condo is currently in fair condition and may require small repairs or maintenance. I am anxious to sell because I've moved out of state. It is in a great central location (horsetooth and shields); close to college; stores; etc. The community is fairly quiet, quite diverse, and animal friendly. The condo has a fire place, high ceilings, open lay-out, sky light, is an end unit, and all appliances are included (diswasher, w/d).
