The garage has heating and air from second floor and so can be used as an office or fourth bedroom. Neighborhood has community pool and there is vehicular beach access across the street. This is one of the last true neighborhoods left in Orange Beach, Alabama. All houses and yards must conform to strict architectural codes of the neighborhood development, similar to the pastel-colored homes of the popular Seaside neighborhood in Destin, Florida.
