This is a very nice home which is priced well below its appraisal value. The house is a 3br/2 bath with central ac and heating. The floors throughout the entire home are stained and scored concrete. All of the rooms are painted in neutral colors except for my son's room which is LSU themed. The appliances (except for the dishwasher) will be taken with me at the time of the sell. If appliances would help the buyer, I would consider leaving them with the house. The master bath has a jetted garden tub and the spare bath has a traditional bath tub with shower. Outside is a 400 sq.ft. outdoor kitchen with its own central ac and heater and also its own water heater. Attached to the outdoor kitchen is a large patio. This area is perfect for entertaining guests.  I am a very motivated seller and I am open to reasonable offers.
