Don't go outside to do the laundry because it's downstairs. The staff is superb, the maintenance is LOOowww...(your mortgage plus maintenance is cheaper than renting AND you get a tax deduction of 49%); just 1 block from Hunter College, buses, subways... V.P. Al Gore's daughter lives around the corner, Liza Minelli a block and a half away, & Madoff's PH? 4 blocks away. Talk about shopping!!
