Heatherstone Condo near UNCC, 2nd floor, on Corner

I bought this condo new for my daughter in 2005 while she was enrolled in school at UNC-C. She graduated last year and moved to Washington, D.C. The condo is located in the Heatherstone Community on Harris Blvd. which is less than a 5 minute drive to UNC-C and convinent to many shops and restruants. I have had it painted and new carpet. This is a good community with good neighbors. She enjoyed living there while she was in school, but her new career required her to move to D.C. so I am offering it for sale. My asking price is what I actually paid for it in 2005.
