WE HAVE REPLACED SEVERAL OF THE COUNTERTOPS WITH SOLID SURFACE TOPS AND BUILT IN SINKS. THE INTERIOR HAS BEEN REPAINTED WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS. THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOME IS MOSTLY BRICK BELOW LIFETIME SIDING ON THE UPPER AREAS. THE ROOF WILL BE STRIPPED AND REDONE THIS SPRING. THE LARGE FINISHED SHOP COVERS 3200+/- SQUARE FEET, WITH 1800 SQUARE FEET BEING HEATED. THERE ARE 3 SEPARATE AREAS INCLUDING A 1/2 BATH IN ONE. WE ELECTED TO PUT IN THE CISTERN 6 YEARS AGO TO USE LEWISTOWN WATER. LEWISTOWN HAS THE WORLDS' 4TH LARGEST COLD WATER SPRING AND THE WATER IS 99.999 PERCENT PURE. LEWISTOWN WATER DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY CHLORINE. BY TURNING A FEW VALVES THE HOME CAN BE PUT BACK ON WELL WATER. WE HAUL WATER OURSELVES WITH OUR MONTLY WATER COSTS BEING $2 TO $3. THERE IS LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE IF ONE WOULD SO CHOSE. I USE A 450 GALLON WATER TANK TO HAUL THE WATER AND IT IS INCLUDED WTIH THE HOME. WE HAVE FIBER OPTIC TO OUR HOME, SO THERE IS CABLE TV, PHONE AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET AVAILABLE. THE LARGEST MONTHLY GAS BILL WE HAVE EVER HAD IS $149.00. THAT INCLUDES HEATING THE HOUSE AND SHOP, OVER 6000 SQUARE FEET OF HEATED AREAS. WE HAVE REDUCED THE ORIGINAL ASKING PRICE OF $719,000 TO THE CURRENT PRICE.
