Large Single Family Home in Jacksonville, IL

The house is located on a quiet little street in South Jacksonville.  It is a three bed room with 1 and a half bath.  The carpet is about three years old but looks new.  I put a new shower and flooring in the upstairs bathroom so it is somewhat updated.  The basement can be finished and offers as much as 1170 sq ft.  This is where the half bath and laundry room is located.  I put a new roof on in 2006 and the kitchen was remodeled in 2007.  The windows are vinyl I am not sure how old they are but they are fairly new and efficient.  Most of the appliances stay but it depends on if the new house I buy offers them.  I do plan on keeping the washer and dryer.  There is a large porch that is 20'x20' that could easily be made part of the living space.  I think it would make a nice den or large bar/ game room.  The carport offers good overhead cover and has a small storage.  Its dimensions are 18'x16'.  The front yard is 66'x30' and the back yard is 50'x60'.  It has a gas range and gas stove and offers central air.  And the back yard is fenced in.  The power bill for summer is $130, winter is $170.  There is an attic that offers storage.  It has a block foundation that seeps a little when we get a lot of rain just in one area that doesn’t amount to much more than a gallon.  Property taxes are $1300.  The backyard is big enough to put a pool in.
