The house is located on a quiet little street in South Jacksonville. It is a three bed room with 1 and a half bath. The carpet is about three years old but looks new. I put a new shower and flooring in the upstairs bathroom so it is somewhat updated. The basement can be finished and offers as much as 1170 sq ft. This is where the half bath and laundry room is located. I put a new roof on in 2006 and the kitchen was remodeled in 2007. It has a gas range and gas stove and offers central air. And the back yard is fenced in. The power bill for summer is $130, winter is $170. There is an attic that offers storage. It has a block foundation that seeps a little when we get a lot of rain just in one area that doesn’t amount to much more than a gallon. Property taxes are $1300. The backyard is big enough to put a pool in.
