Beautiful old country home built before thr Civil War

Federal style home with four brick chimneys surrounded by 200 year old oaks and beautiful magnolias and boxwood. There are 2 outbuildings and a aluminium dome workshop.There is no heat or ac on the second floor. Downstairs has gas heat and ac. The ceilings are at least 111/2 feet high with thick plaster walls One full bath and a powder room on the first floor. One large full bath in the center of the second floor. I've used window units upstairs and they work fine. There's a 3rd floor which remains in original condition. I have been told there were dances up there when the house was a girls school..A dirt english basement remains also. All the floors are heart pine except the kitchen which is oak and was added to the home as originally the kitchen was a separate building out back. I can only tell you of its beauty but you must see it for yourself. Family illness is my reason for selling
