This house is out side city limits of Marion. Room for a horse, one acre lot. Nice location, close in to C.R. area. Has two new public schools, I mean NEW schools both within 3/4 of a mile. Has a new furnace and A.C. 2009. New kitchen cupboards & counter 2009. Six rooms just textured and painted. Four bed rooms, 1.5 bath, family room with wood burner. Could be used as fifth bedroom. Well and pump both up dated in 2007. Double garage and asphalt drive way. Shade trees in front. Cherry tree in back yard. Lot is about 420' deep. In november I installed 2 new entry doors. They were older, so now that room looks better and heats easier. Also wind damage to house earlier in summer. Roof was stripped and new shingles put on september year of 2011. A great semi-country neighborhood.
