The Arnott House B&B Inn

was built in 1905. The Home is Registered with The Roane County Historical Society.The home was remodled with addition in 2006. The House features Seven comfortably furnished quest rooms complete with private bath. Next to the home there is 24x 32 batten board Cottage with two effecency apartments.The Arnott House B&B is a beautiful country home with Hardwood floors, oriental rugs and antique furnishings that invites you to experience a blessing of history. The Home Offers Wireless Internet and also Cable TV. The house features  2 Two-room suites 4 Single rooms 1 Double Room Each morning we offer breakfast that features choice of pankaes, waffles,eggs,sausage or bacon and more. Our kitchen also offers cold cereals,juice,fruits and fresh brewed coffee and assorted teas.

The House has been In The  B&B Business sence Spring of 2008. Last year the home through the season which is for us March thru November. averaged 50 to 60 Rooms per month. We have 2 effecencies that are leased to The Factor in  Town for the last 2 years.
