Firstly, do not pay any attention to the pricing review for this property.  It is not based on MLS market value but on the tax evaluation.  The upstairs of this house is 7'10" tall so it is not considered taxable living space.  That is approximately 1200 SF of living space not included in FSBO's formula for property evaluation.  The house was appraised in July of 2009 at $627,000.00.  I am asking $594,000.  Now, about the property.

 

First and foremost, the energetic spiritual feel of this house is extraordinary.  Each room in the house feels open, positive and free of any negativity.  This is a 1939 Cape Cod on a double lot (.98 acres) with approximately 131 feet of road frontage and a depth of 430 feet.
