30 Minutes from Branson Shows or 30 minutes to Springfield

Located just out of the city limits on a nice county paved road. Front of house overlooks the properties of the Missouri Department of Conservation Wildlife Reserve. Old house was torn down about four years ago to take advantage of existing landscape and beautiful Hugh Tulip trees that bloom twice annually. Properties has twelve (12) acres M/L and one larger Barn plus smaller pole shed. There is also a one vehicle shop building out back with water and electric to it. Nice BIG garden area and a huge flower bed. Offers a large front porch and a back porch for barbeque and smoker. The deck area is under roof and is accessed from the back porch or the double doors off the master bedroom upstairs. Deck is made from the new plastic/wood compressed material that will last a life time. Wife and I are just planning to build one more time on other properties we own. Short driving time to Branson, Missouri shows and short driving time to Springfield, Mo or an hour to popular gambling casino's in Oklahoma.

Exterior walls are all 6" with styrofoam added to give exterior walls an R-factor of around 21to 23.  New concrete septic tank and leech lines.  Buried electric service from transformer to panel box.

L.P. gas heat and two flues for wood heat if desired.
