30 Minutes from Branson Shows or 30 minutes to Springfield

Located just out of the city limits on a nice county paved road. Front of house overlooks the properties of the Missouri Department of Conservation Wildlife Reserve. Old house was torn down about four years ago to take advantage of existing landscape and beautiful Hugh Tulip trees that bloom twice annually. Properties has twelve (12) acres M/L and one larger Barn plus smaller pole shed. There is also a one vehicle shop building out back with water and electric to it. Nice BIG garden area and a huge flower bed. Offers a large front porch and a back porch for barbeque and smoker.
