Description:The house is centerally located, next to new hospital, less than 1 mile to Wal-Mart, Loews etc.Less than 1 mile to Interstate 75 exit 38. The neighborrs are very thoughtful and friendly. A lot of trees. Everyone keeps their houses up. You could not find a better neighborhood. The house has plenty of room. I turned the bottom floor into a master suite, and there are 3 more bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths up stairs.
