2 Family House With Large Pool

This is a Lovely Older 2 Family Home built on a lot and a Half. Large Above Ground Pool was just added just 2 Years Ago. There are  7 Large Rooms and full bathroom with shower tub combination on the first floor. There are 7 Large Rooms  and  full bathroom  with shower tub combination on the Second Floor. I'm not going to make a joke about the Officials looking for W.M.D. here ,as that would only get me in more hot water.After months of negotiations with City, most all Charges were dropped but one and, on the advise of Counsel, a plea of Guilty to Illegal Attic Apartment was proferred and accepted by Municipal Court Judge with a $1,300.00 Fine paid by Owner to Garfield Court, on advice of his Attorney. Owner is Brilliant International Inventor and is anxious to sell this particular property as he has arthritus and was scheduled to fly to India for Hip Replacement Surgery when the City came down on him with Charges. )
