The interior of the house was repainted basic white in November 2008. It seemed that some of our prospective buyers felt that the deeper colors we had painted the rooms prevented them from really "seeing" the home the way they might decorate it - so we had it painted white. WE ALSO RECARPETED 2 OF THE BEDROOMS AND THE 2ND LIVING ROOM. All totalled, another $10,000.00 in upgrades made to the house AND we have lowered the price.
