Hisroric1887 Farmhouse with land and private lake

Mainly Restored Historic 1887 Rustic Farmhouse with 18.6 acres including its pastures and a one-acre scenic lake in a ravine in its woods! It is one of the oldest houses in Southern Caldwell County that has been continuously lived in and has never been altered except for the adding of two bathrooms, central air and heat (propane or electric), modernizing its kitchen and removing 124 years of paint from the walls of its living and dining rooms to show their natural beauty. It still has its original tin roof and root cellar. It consists of four quite large rooms and two bathrooms downstairs and two attic bedrooms and a very large storage space upstairs. The town of Hudson (28638)  is adjacent to the town of Lenoir, NC, the county seat of Caldwell County, NC (28645).
