I have a recent appraisal of $395,000. 5 bedroom 4 bath 2 story home that is ideal if you have children. The home is on the end of a street, very little traffic coming through. We have one of the only homes with a pool and a backyard for kids to play football. This house has wood floors in the Florida Room, Dining Room, master bedroom, the game room(which could be a sixth bedroom (we have put on a door and added a closet) and a beautiful wooden staircase.
