This has been our favorite house we've lived in. It's beautiful, comfortable, and has more than enough space for all we need. It's close to all sorts of shopping, restaurants, and a farmer's market - it's walking distance even on a wintery day. It's a short walk to the pool and the neighborhood is friendly all-around. There's a good mix of people here - families, young couples, old - you name it. As this is a modern house it's wired for convenience; networking and in-house sound system provides for great entertaining.
