We love our home, but have to move.

  • repaired cement step to back porch 2010
  • replaced supports under kitchen floor
  • added new smoke detector system – 5 alarms throughout home that are all connected via wireless RF so that when any one senses smoke, they all alarm to give you more time to get out of home (according to mfr).
  • New dishwasher, gas oven and cooktop added in April 2011

We use as a 5 bedroom home/4 car garage. There is a mini kitchen or kitchenette upstairs as you will see in photos, so house can be set up as a 1 bedroom apartment and 2-3 bedroom main dwelling. 7 rooms on main floor, 5 rooms on second floor, loft and storage on 3rd floor. The garage will hold several vehicles, but there are only 2 garage doors. We have had 4 vehicles in 'new' garage addition, with room to spare for shop.

Home is >2400 sqft - 13 rooms. Garage is about 4500 sqft.
