• Got cars? we've had a full size tractor, a boat, a separate trailer, a van, a truck and a little chevy cobalt in the garage all at the same time, and not had to squeeze the shop area. And that is in the 1 story addition - there is still 2000 square feet of storage in the original garage!

We use as a 5 bedroom home/4 car garage. There is a mini kitchen or kitchenette upstairs as you will see in photos, so house can be set up as a 1 bedroom apartment and 2-3 bedroom main dwelling. 7 rooms on main floor, 5 rooms on second floor, loft and storage on 3rd floor. The garage will hold several vehicles, but there are only 2 garage doors. We have had 4 vehicles in 'new' garage addition, with room to spare for shop.

Home is >2400 sqft - 13 rooms. Garage is about 4500 sqft.
