I am the second owner of the home and have been here nine years this August. The house and yard are in very good condition and the yard has been maintained professionally and looks great! I believe that it is the most stiking property in the area. The carpet was intalled new all over the house several years ago and I have been faithful about having it steam cleaned. The back yard is fenced in with a wooden fence. It is a family oriented neighborhood with children of all ages. I have found it a great place to live but am moving out of state.
