Located right outside of Cairo, IL Tri City Subdivision very nice neighbors. Here is a two bedroom house that was three bedrooms but the owners before us took out the wall for one big bedroom but could make it 3 again. One bath.  Living room. Hardwood floors in living room and dining room and hallway. Family room with brick wall fireplace. Also put in new furnace and new central air unit about 6 years ago. Kitchen includes all appliances stainless steal fridge and dishwasher (it is brand new still in the box).  Utility room with washer and dryer. Shed in back yard. Fenced in back yard 24' above ground pool with 16X32 deck (pool is about 4 years) also 6 person hot tub (is about 2 1/2 years old).  Screen in back porch. Apartment to the side of the house has a small kitchen and bathroom.  This is on the corner and site area is 14200 Sq Ft. Love the house but want to move closer to our jobs.
