this property is within walking distances of the hardware store,bank, comunity center, restaraunts, post office, grocery store, marina,river, school, and parks. the house could use a little tlc, not much. has front porch, and screened in back porch. has new hot water heater, commode, bathtub. house is fully furnished, except for some pictures, and a few personal belongings. has gas range, refridgerator, washing machine and dreyer, central heat and air, which everything works good. has shed out back of house which needs work, and could also be converted into another small guest house. the town has the best fishing in the state, offshore and inshore. its also a quiet little town, and the last of the gulfs frontier of fishing towns. whether you buy my place or someone elses, you will fall in love with this town as we did. the serenity and fellowship with the towns people is just great. youll never meet anyone anywhere else as nice as the people here. we will miss this place dearly. good luck and happy home shopping. ben and kathy P.S. also good hunting clubs and managment areas here.
