Email for more details.  Regarding lot size:  My abstract has 8 lots of 25' X 140'.  I own 2 vacant lots behind that and have the remaining 2 lots on this 1/2 city block.  The last 2 lots have a rental house on them ($300/mo).  So my abstract with 8 lots has .64 acre.  10 lots (my abstract plus 2 vacant lots) would be .80 acre.  Whole 1/2 block (12 lots) with the rental house at the back would be .96 acre.  I additionally own the house across the street in front of mine and the Victorian across the street south of mine.  The Victorian has 7 lots and a large metal building with new concrete floor.
