It has an electrically heated oil filled base board system which is maximally efficient with individual control of each room. The temperature in each section is controlled by it's own thermostat. This is radiant heat which generates from a sonic baseboard heating system, as result the unit itself is not required to heat to a high degree.

The exterior wall panels are fabricated with interior insulation giving them a high R-factor. This is effective in both hot and cold weather.
