Wonderful  22 acre corner lot with 1300 feet of road frontage on Route 14 and 800 feet of road frontage on the Hattie Belle Rd.  The 22 acre lot is split down the middle by the Kingsbury brook making it 2 11 acre separate parcels.  The cabin is on the side farthest away from the main road of Rt 14.  Both sides have new driveway access with main power lines on the property.  The parcel that does not have the cabin is permitted with wastewater and building permits.  This land could easily be subdivided to offset the purchase price or kept whole.  This contains an active wetland with lots of birds and animals.  The land has been surveyed by a certified land surveyor and the Agency of natural resources.  Many walking trails have been made and a small sugarbush (up to 200 taps) is nicely situated close together.
